    My career has been entirely in the technology sector in Australia and abroad. I started in sales, before founding three companies over the last 24 years, starting in 1999. Most recently I co-founded RITEQ, an enterprise software company in Australia, which was acquired by Ceridian (NYSE:DAY). I specialise in new markets having established new offices in both London and Hong Kong. Since exit, I have invested in three early-stage start-ups and provided board-level participation to other emerging technology companies.

Having established a successful corporate career, I moved to the NFP sector to lead an international aid organisation before founding a social impact consultancy. With over 20 years of senior leadership and governance experience and working with partners and clients in over 20 countries, I’ve helped organisations from start-up through growth and transformation.

    Partner, Innovation & Enablement

    I’m a futurist, skilled in emergent innovation with a focus on digital, AI, and Web3.0 technologies. Early in my career, I established and managed sales and marketing teams in large firms, often during turnarounds. With New Zealand’s Callaghan Innovation, I advised on commercialisation and capital raising. More recently, I’ve developed pre-seed innovation programs that unite innovators for collaboration and fundraising to bring their concepts to life.

I manage end-to-end project delivery, offer direct advisory, foster client relationships, and contribute to industry                                               thought leadership.

David runs an innovation enablement activator and project decelerator designed for early stage or established ventures seeking to pivot or grow so they invest the time in building down before they scale up.
